WE EVOLVE

WE EVOLVE at different MACRO to MICRO levels as well from our inner being to the outer world. It is the finding of me first which is the toughest prior to the journey FROM ME TO WE as WE ASCEND . Our environment enables children to master the ascent with skills for life by learning simply and step by step handling of vital aspects of their environment, personality and psychological wellbeing. The core of development begins from simple tasks of managing real aspects as in:

OUR THINGS

We encourage all the children to be independent with things and materials around them – (we trust them to handle, carry, fetch, utilize & wind up) The positive outcome is the sense of belonging ownership, adaption to environment, high self-esteem and organizational skills.

Children are engaged to feel responsible and to be concerned about the flora, fauna and other resources that should be conserved & looked after.

OUR TIME

We value each minutes of the child at WE ASCEND. Once he is in our environment, the child need not wait for another to take up the next task. Our transition activities are empowering, engaging and spontaneously make the child value time & delightfully spend every minute at WE ASCEND

OUR WORK

We actually make it happen that the child collaborates with us in school tasks and raises his worthiness & belongingness. At WE ASCEND, meal time, library, invention labs and creative arts will be incomplete without their valuable & joyful inputs.

OUR SOCIAL SKILLS

Self confidence and positive peer interaction enable children to master impeccable social skills as well as concern for society as they raise their bar from ME TO WE ASCEND for the community and the world. We have many activities in vertical groups to ensure this vital life skill

OUR RESOURCES

Our children are introduced to respect and value materials and resources. Recycling, non wastage , relevance of day to day purchases are brought to their understanding besides intelligent use of their own pocket money as well as respect for parent’s decisions.

Our life takes a positive course and a spontaneous direction towards SUCCESS when all the above factors are a natural part of the child’s development and the prepared environment at WE ASCEND.
